Our Story
Built by hand,
month by month.
Rooted Roast was built by hand over months of painting, rebuilding, carrying and creating. What once was an empty building next to Joker in Dagali slowly became a space shaped by everything we love most — coffee, mountains, calmness and human connection.

Inside the roastery, every batch is roasted with the same philosophy that shaped the entire brand: coffee should carry a feeling of place.
That is why every edition is inspired by real landscapes surrounding us — from Hardangervidda to Geilo and the mountains around Dagali.

Today, the café is a meeting point for both locals and travellers passing through the Norwegian mountains.
Some stop for a quick espresso before heading further north. Others stay for slow mornings, conversations and another cup beside the window.
